Tripartite Military Alliance?

http://bit.ly/ejsK7p North Korea has condemned the United States, Japan and South Korea for forming what Pyongyang calls a "tripartite military alliance."

Japan should tell North Korea that Japan has maintained its military alliance with the United States of America for five decades. However, Japan has not so far discussed or agreed on military alliance with South Korea at all.

Or the ruling party Democratic Party of Japan has secretly committed to ally with South Korea without any consensus among the Japanese people.

Wikileaks! Do you have any diplomatic cables or Note Verbales or whatever to indicate that Japan has committed to militarily ally with the country where there are a bunch of people full of hatred toward Japan and her people while copying everything Japan does?
